By using Fancy Cafe AI, you agree to these terms. The service is simple: you upload photos, buy credits and receive an AI-generated fancy cafe meme video.

What the service is

Fancy Cafe AI places your uploaded person or pet into the fixed 21-second “POV: Your first time in a fancy cafe” effect, with an optional second replacement for the stylish stranger. The original clip, caption and audio remain with their respective rights holders. This independent tool is not endorsed by the people who appear in the source clip or the owners of the cafe, footage or music. You may share your parody video personally, but may not sell the source material or imply endorsement.

Your content

Upload only photos you have the right and permission to use. Pets are welcome. Do not upload minors, sexual or illegal content, or use generated videos to harass, defame, deceive or impersonate someone. Do not present an AI-generated video as genuine footage. You retain your rights in your photos and allow us to process them only to provide the service.

Credits and payments

Videos are paid for with one-time credit packs: one video uses 10 credits. Credits never expire, and there is no subscription or free trial. Prices are shown before checkout. Upstream failures return credits automatically; rendered videos are delivered and non-refundable as explained in the refund policy at /refunds.

No warranty

AI likeness and motion vary with the source photos. We provide the service and generated results as available and as is, to the extent permitted by law. A rendered result that differs from your expectations is still delivered. We may update the service or these terms and will change the date at the top when we do.
